Books Gracing the Big Screen This Year


Is there anything better than reading a brilliantly written book? How about watching your favorite book in a theater?

Books have been finding their way from printed pages to your favorite movie theater for years, so what makes this year so special? Many of these based-on-the-book films are drawing readers back into libraries again.

Readers of all ages hit bookstores and libraries for the ever-popular Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer, introducing dozens of first time readers to the world of books, and many more are discovering The Hunger Games since news came out about Suzanne Collins' dystopian best-seller being turned into a film.
